Job Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.

Manage and optimize AWS cloud resources (such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, etc.).

Develop automation tools using Shell scripts and Python scripts to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of Java applications.

Configure and manage monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure data security.

Provide 24/7 on-call support, responding promptly to issues in the production environment.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Over 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, with experience in managing large-scale servers.
• Proficient in Kubernetes and AWS cloud platform.
• Skilled in using Shell scripts and Python scripts for automation development.
• Experience in the operations and maintenance of Java applications, with familiarity in JVM tuning and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Linux system administration and basic networking knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiar with monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Experience in security operations and familiarity with common security tools and strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to a 7x24 on-call work model.
• Demonstrated strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly grasp new technologies.
