Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation, Inc. is a long-established non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to underprivileged Filipinos. Since 1975, we’ve been helping those suffering from severe illnesses such as cancer and heart disease. Driven by compassion and the spirit of shared humanity, we support medical care, health education, and outreach programs to uplift communities in need. We are looking for dedicated individuals passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. As an Online Presence Specialist (Full-Time), you will:

  • Strengthen the online presence of the country’s longest-running public service TV program and foundation.
  • Manage existing digital channels and explore new strategic options to enhance our digital footprint.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and drive innovation.
  • Play a key role in transforming Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko into a high-rating TV show and an online trendsetter.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • Experienced: Minimum of 3 year in social media management or digital marketing (copywriting, content planning, analytics, management, YouTube Channel and management, SEO, etc.).
  • Skilled Communicators: Fluent in both English and Filipino.
  • Creative: Able to produce professional infographics (static or video) via Canva and edit ready-made video content.
  • Basic Technical Requirement: Have your own laptop and a fast stable internet connection.
  • Flexible: May work remotely after 6 months but MUST report to the office when needed (e.g., 2-3x/week, monthly & quarterly meetings, foundation activities).
  • Professional: Individuals with integrity, initiative and goal-oriented.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solvers: Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
  • Eager to Grow: Willing to learn and develop with the organization.
