- Support the team in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Assist in researching industry trends, emerging design tools, and software advancements to contribute fresh ideas.
- Assist in producing visual content, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, videos, and websites using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. ,Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Help with photoshoots, editing product images, and creating layouts for social media and websites.
- Apply basic principles of color theory and design to create visually appealing content.
- Organize and manage design files and assets to ensure easy access and version control, maintaining an efficient file structure.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing multiple design projects to meet deadlines.
- Allocate time effectively for concept development, design, revisions, and finalization under the guidance of senior team members.
- Bachelor of multimedia, digital media, graphic design, arts or any related field courses.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.).
- Basic understanding of multimedia principles, techniques and best practices
- Excellent creative and visual storytelling abilities with keen eye for design, layout, composition and typography
- Must be output oriented and can deliver within deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
