Description

Email Marketing:

• Design and schedule weekly email campaigns using HubSpot, including follow-up sequences.

• Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.


Facebook Ads:

• Execute targeted ad campaigns, track performance, and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, CTR, and cost per click.

• Implement A/B testing to enhance ad performance.


LinkedIn Ads:

• Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns aimed at high-value business clients.

• Track engagement metrics, lead generation, and cost per lead.


Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok):

• Schedule and post daily content that aligns with brand messaging.

• Engage with followers and analyze social media metrics.


SEO & Keyword Management:

• Conduct keyword research and manage backlink strategies to improve search engine rankings.


Design & Content Creation:

• Create visually appealing content using tools like Canva and manage blog posts.

• Assist with design tasks such as proposal documents.


Google Ads Oversight:

• Collaborate with a third-party agency to ensure effective Google Ads campaigns.


Analytics & Reporting:

• Provide weekly performance reports on all campaigns and recommend improvements.


Brand Awareness:

• Build and promote the company’s brand through strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.

• Experience with Hubspot and Canva

• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and industry best practices.

• Robust analytical prowess, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.

• Stellar communication and project management skills.

• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
