Description

**Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.

**Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

**Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights.

**Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement.

**Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

**Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools or features.

**Plan and execute social media campaigns to support promotions, product launches, or events.

**Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.

**Manage social media budgets for advertising and content boosting.

**Work with influencers, partners, or agencies when relevant for campaigns or promotions.

**Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all platforms and content.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual storytelling; familiarity with graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track performance and generate reports.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: A strong creative eye with the ability to ideate engaging campaigns and content.
  • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple platforms, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Community Engagement: Skilled in building online communities and managing user interactions with professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to platform changes, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams.
