• Position: SEO and Digital Marketing Assistant
• Location: Quezon City (Onsite for the first 3 months, then work-from-home with mandatory once-a-week onsite meetings)

• Salary: PHP 22,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience and tool proficiency)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing group of companies in recruitment, outsourcing, and marketing automation. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented SEO and Digital Marketing Assistant who is ready to contribute directly to real-world campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in performance marketing while being mentored by experienced leadership.

You will work directly with the founder and marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, optimize digital assets, and track results. This is not an agency role — your work will immediately contribute to business growth.

This position requires onsite work at our Quezon City office for the first three (3) months. After the initial period, the role transitions to a work-from-home setup with mandatory onsite meetings once per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct keyword research using tools such as SurferSEO, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and others
• Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages, blog content, and service pages based on SEO strategy
• Set up and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns, analyze performance, and propose optimizations
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper to support content development and campaign execution
• Maintain and organize marketing dashboards; regularly track and report campaign performance
• Coordinate with the marketing team and founder on deliverables and deadlines
• Propose improvements to marketing operations and automation based on data and trends

• Bachelor’s degree (any field, preferably related to marketing, business, or communications)
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in either SEO (with tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or Semrush) or Facebook Ads
• Comfortable working onsite in Quezon City for the first 3 months; must be able to attend weekly onsite meetings thereafter
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Experience with AI content tools, Google Data Studio, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com) is a strong advantage
• A growth mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects
