As a Digital Marketing Intern at QT Solutions Corporation, you will play an active role in our marketing efforts, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will assist the marketing team in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. Key Responsibilities: 

• Content Development: Create and optimize content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate on the creation of visual content, such as graphics, videos, and infographics. 
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends. Analyze social media performance and report on key metrics. 
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Support SEO efforts by researching keywords, optimizing web pages, and monitoring site performance. Assist in the creation of SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic. 
• Email Marketing: Help design, write, and execute email marketing campaigns. Assist in segmenting email lists and tracking campaign effectiveness. 
• Paid Advertising: Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Monitor ad performance and provide insights for improvement. 
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities. Analyze customer behavior and online engagement to identify areas for improvement. 
• Web Analytics: Monitor and analyze web traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare reports on website performance and digital marketing campaign results. 
• Administrative Support: Assist with the maintenance and organization of the digital marketing database. Perform additional duties as required by the marketing team.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. 
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage. 
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
