Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, analytical, and experienced in scaling campaigns that directly drive e-commerce revenue. This role requires someone who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage budgets effectively while achieving measurable results.

Role Objectives

  • Strategically manage and grow paid ad campaigns to hit key performance targets and maximize ROAS
  • Monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns to drive consistent growth in online sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Test and refine creatives, targeting strategies, and ad variations in partnership with the creative team
  • Track and report on campaign metrics including conversions, spend efficiency, and ROAS
  • Provide actionable performance insights and regular reporting to leadership
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, advertising trends, and compliance requirements
  • Manage advertising budgets to align with growth goals
  • Respond quickly to campaign-related needs and maintain availability during work hours

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing Meta, Google, TikTok, and Instagram ad campaigns for e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make optimization decisions
  • Experience with ad budget allocation and ROI tracking
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant oversight
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection during work hours


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience increasing ad budgets while maintaining/improving ROAS ($100,000+)
  • Knowledge of creative testing strategies and performance-based optimizations
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing trends and customer behavior insights
