Job Description
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns
- Develop and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Produce short-form videos and collaborate with designers for brand visuals
- Identify and manage affiliate partners and influencers
- Run affiliate campaigns that drive traffic and conversions
- Support paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Track performance data and optimize digital strategies
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or affiliate management
- Prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a must
- Strong creative and analytical mindset
- Great command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
