ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Strategist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute digital strategies that engage various online communities. Duties will also include creating and posting compelling content, implementing digital campaigns, as well as moderating online discussions.
Account and Client Management
- Establishes client confidence and trust in the Digital Strategy team
- Familiarizes oneself with the scope of work of each account
- Attends and drives client meetings and prepares needed presentations
- Prepares contact reports detailing discussions and agreements during client meetings
- Reports progress of deliverables and escalates issues, if any, to the Digital Lead
Community and Social Media Management
- Builds and manages a brand's social media presence on various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn among others
- Monitors and sustains engagement of online communities through answering comments and providing directions regarding online inquiries
- Manages issues and conflicts arising in the community conversations in client's paid or social platforms
- Evaluates, monitors, analyzes, and reports sentiments and preferences
- Gives recommendations to client and accounts team as necessary based on insights gained through data-gathering
- Knowledge in designing and managing online activities like brand contests or other relevant online campaigns to improve customer engagement and acquisition
- Develops and releases rules on content sharing and community interactions in the client's online platforms including FAQs as well as moderation guidelines, among others
- Establishes professional relationships with industry experts, digital influences, bloggers, and other personalities that may be tapped for client's needs
Digital Strategy, Implementation, and Reporting
- Possesses robust skills to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that adhere with company objectives
- Multi-disciplined in digital channels and has a thorough understanding of digital design, copywriting, and strategy
- Has a good grasp of creative processes including design principles in order to quality check creative outputs to be posted on client's platforms
- Demonstrates ability to identify market trends and insights, efficiently allocating budgets and adjusting strategies to improve performance
- Works collaboratively with team members to conceptualize and implement innovative digital projects driven by comprehensive research, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Develops performance, social listening, and other relevant reports in collaboration with the Media Relations and Analytics teams
