Description
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of transit mixers to various project sites.
- Ensure all delivery receipts (DR) and Trip Tickets (TT) are properly checked and recorded.
- Ensure daily tracking of plant production, truck availability, and delivery status.
- Ensure effective coordination with plant operators, mixer drivers, and the Plant Manager.
- Ensure quick response to delivery issues with necessary schedule adjustments.
- Ensure all dispatch records are accurate and audit-ready.
Requirements
- With experience in construction or ready mix concrete operations is an advantage
- strong organizational and communications skills
- Can work under pressure & handle multiple schedules
