- Reviews, verifies, and organizes documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Scan/ Encodes data and maintains records in physical or digital systems.
- Coordinates with teams to ensure proper document handling and compliance with company standards.
- Vocational or High School Graduate
- No experience required, but clerical/ data entry background is a plus
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic file and records management
- Familiarity with document handling procedures
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail for spotting document inconsistencies
- Works well with team members in document routing or validation process
- Preferably residing in Makati or nearby NCR areas
