Position: Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration Specialist

Salary: Php20,000 - Php25,000

Work set-up: Full on-site

Work schedule: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Location: Paseo de Roxas, Brgy. Lorenzo, Makati City, Metro Manila


  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable SEC Registration Specialist to join our team.
  • This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing documents required for corporate registration, amendments, and compliance filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant government agencies.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEC processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file SEC registration documents (articles of incorporation, by-laws, general information sheet, amendments, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (lawyers, auditors, government representatives) to ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of annual filings, amendments, and other SEC-related requirements
  • Maintain and update corporate records, permits, and certificates of registration
  • Stay updated on SEC rules, regulations, and compliance guidelines to provide accurate advice to management
  • Assist in securing related registrations/licenses with other government agencies (BIR, LGUs, DTI, etc.), if required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal management, accountancy, or related field
  • Preferably with years of experience in SEC filings, corporate registration, or compliance (preferably in a corporate or law firm setting)
  • Strong knowledge of SEC processes, regulations, and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with online filing systems
