- Compile, review, and edit technical documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of all documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information.
- Maintain document version control and archival systems.
- Assist in the creation of user manuals and guidelines.
- Adhere to company standards and style guides.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong written communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Help Desk operations and data analysis is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require collaboration with different departments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills, and effective in English communication.
