Job Description
- Transport passengers to and from various locations in a safe, timely manner.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, if needed.
- Follow traffic laws and local driving regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Handle cash or digital payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or local knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license (specific to local regulations).
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash or electronic payment systems.
- Physical stamina for long hours of driving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Background check and drug screening (depending on employer).
