Description

  • Willing to work Onsite, hybrid, or remote, collaborating with the marketing & operations team.
  • Full-time working hours (Monday–Friday), with the possibility of overtime during major promotions.
  • Training and guidance will be conducted online to support understanding of work systems.
  • Communication and coordination will utilize online collaboration applications.
  • Manage and optimize online stores on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, and digital campaign performance using Google Analytics or other tools.
  • Manage promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies to increase conversions.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations such as inventory management, order processing, and shipping.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school or equivalent education
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Understanding of digital advertising strategies and SEO optimization.
  • Able to analyze data and create online store performance reports.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
