- Manage and update online store listings (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and shipping
- Handle promotional campaigns, discounts, and vouchers
- Assist in creating product content (photos, videos, descriptions)
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
