The Ecommerce Specialist is both an operator and a strategist—someone who knows that online selling is not just about managing listings, but about creating seamless digital shopping experiences that convert. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product visibility, and driving sales through data-driven marketing initiatives. Every click, view, and purchase will be influenced by the systems, campaigns, and optimizations you put in place.

Core Responsibilities


  • Ecommerce Platform Management
    • Oversee daily operations of ecommerce stores (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or equivalent).
    • Ensure product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and updated.
    • Monitor platform functionality and coordinate quick fixes for issues.
  • Sales & Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Plan and run promotional campaigns and online sales events.
    • Launch and optimize digital ads across Google, Meta, and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Implement retargeting strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • SEO & Content Optimization
    • Optimize product pages and web content for search visibility.
    • Collaborate with creatives to ensure messaging is aligned, persuasive, and on-brand.
    • Apply keyword insights and SEO best practices across all listings.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking
    • Monitor ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and revenue.
    • Build weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Provide the General Manager with data-backed strategies for growth.
  • Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization
    • Ensure smooth checkout flows, payment processes, and mobile-first usability.
    • Run A/B testing on layouts, promos, and CTAs to improve conversion.
    • Work with Customer Service to resolve inquiries and maintain satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Align with Ads, Marketing, and Operations teams on campaigns, pricing, and stock management.
    • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with platform readiness and promotion.



  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify)
  • Strong understanding of online store operations — listings, inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and promotions
  • Familiar with marketplace analytics and sales dashboards
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales and performance tracking
  • Ability to work closely with Ads, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and logistics
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with initiative and accountability
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of SEO, marketplace ads, or CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
