Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce VA) to support client’s online retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reordering supplies.
  • Process customer orders and handle inquiries regarding order status, returns, and exchanges.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize product offerings.
  • Support marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and email campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance and assist with SEO optimization.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce or a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce software and tools (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.



Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed - Various US timezones
