The EHS Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role involves managing risks, improving safety performance, promoting a culture of health and safety, and ensuring the organization operates in an environmentally responsible manner. The EHS Supervisor works closely with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.


Required:

  • A graduate of bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering.
  • Experience in Manufacturing set-up is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent are preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an EHS/Safety role, with atleast 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Knowledgeable in Integrated Management Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine ESH laws
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bataan
