- Perform scope required for soft maintenance, electrical, hvac, fire prevention and energy consumption limited to operations, monitoring and minor trouble shooting and minor repairs.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, or mechanical system.
- At least high school graduate or vocational
- With valid TESDA NC2 in plumbing or EIM
- With complete requirements
