1. Communicate policies related to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits

2. Conduct exit interviews

3. Collect and analyze employee data

4. Use data to create employee profiles

5. Organize and update employee files

Requirements

1. A college degree or higher in Human Resources, or equivalent experience in HR

2. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in HR in a mid-sized organization

3. Work experience in a non-gambling company

4. Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role

5. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

6. Outstanding interpersonal skills

7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

9. Strong problem-solving ability

10. Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
