POSITION: HR Employee Relations Officer

INDUSTRY: Construction Company

WORK LOCATION: Makati City

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

SALARY: Php20,000-Php25,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field
  • With 2 to 3 years’ experience in employee relations
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws and employment regulations
  • Amendable to work on site in Makati
  • Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Handle and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and complaints in a timely and fair manner.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary actions in alignment with company policy and employment law.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners or Legal teams when handling complex cases.
  • Prepare reports and present findings or recommendations to HR leadership.
