Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and updates.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess IT needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and applications.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or systems.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and databases.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications (preferred): CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar.
  • Other: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies.
