Description

  • Act as primary point of contact between the customer and internal operations – ensuring clear communication regarding requirements, specifications, schedules and general engineering.
  • Perform the front loading approach which aims to enhance the integration of various functions (Project Management method) earlier in the product development cycle.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Engineering course/s preferably Manufacturing, ECE, Electrical and Mechanical/Mechatronics
  • At least 1 year Customer Account Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon company
  • Immersed in the field of New Product Introduction/Product Engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle Project Management, Time Management and Risk Assessment.
  • Knowledge in Engineering Tools (Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc)
  • Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
  • Knowledgeable in understanding customer requirements, drawings.
  • Familiarity and leadership on Advanced Product Qualification Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Framework is an advantage.
  • Experience in FPC/Automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in basic AutoCAD is an advantage.
