Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Maintain confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Assist in communications and liaising with stakeholders
- Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare presentations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation abilities, project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours, potential for overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
