This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager, located in Pasay City, Philippines.
The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and coordinate the housekeeping staff's day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, managing schedules, ordering supplies, conducting inspections, training staff, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.

With 3-5 years of experience as Housekeeping Manager
Experience with housekeeping management and supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality control abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to train and mentor staff
Proficiency in inventory management and ordering supplies
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and priorities
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in housekeeping management are a plus
