- Design, implement, and maintain facility systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot facility operations.
- Collaborate with contractors and management for project execution.
- Develop maintenance schedules and manage budgets.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Optimize facility performance and energy efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical.
- Experience Level: Under 1 year of experience in facility management or engineering roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CAD software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in facility maintenance, conduct regular inspections, and support engineering projects.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits; may require overtime during projects.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and a good team player.
