Description
- Manage daily farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Monitor soil health, crop growth, and pest control measures.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Record and analyze farm production data for efficiency improvements.
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide training as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, focus, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic are essential. Knowledge of agricultural practices is a plus.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in various weather conditions; physical stamina is necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn; a passion for agriculture is advantageous.
