作為財務運營助理，您將直接與我們的聯合創始人合作，他曾在EMEA創辦過最大的金融科技企業之一。
- 處理薪資、維護財務記錄並確保合規
- 協助財務報告和預測
- 記錄流程，以幫助新員工快速學習
- 識別流程中的低效並在可能的地方進行改進（額外加分：使用像Zapier這樣的工具自動化手動流程）
- 向聯合創始人提供進度報告——
薪酬與福利：
- 具競爭力的薪水：每月PHP 77,000
- 季度績效獎金：每月PHP 9,000
- 15天帶薪年假
- 定期帶薪菲律賓公共假期
工作時間：
- 每週一至週五，菲律賓時間下午2:30至晚上11:00，包含1小時休息
