Description

Accounting, tax management, investment management, budgeting, and statutory and management reporting are all under the supervision and guidance of the senior finance manager.
Oversees the creation, application, and evaluation of all business financial and accounting rules, standards, guidelines, and processes;
Oversees the operations of the following divisions: Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, and Controllership;
Timely financial statement preparation and closing on a monthly and annual basis;
Oversees and guarantees timely, accurate, and complete adherence to tax laws and regulations;
Compliance with all legal requirements set forth by the SEC and other agencies that have jurisdiction over the business's financial activities;
Creation and oversight of the yearly budget;
Creating budget performance reports as well as other reports that the Board requests;
Continue to have efficient internal control systems;
Oversee a financial team that is results-driven, collaborative, and provided with training and chances for professional development;

Requirements

Possesses a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, ideally combined with a master's degree in a relevant field;
A Certified Public Accountant is required
Possesses at least eight years of relevant experience working in a big organization's finance, accounting, financial planning, budgeting, analysis, controllership, and treasury team in a senior leadership position;
Strong experience in accounting and finance, including knowledge of cash flow and balance sheet management, profit and loss, general finance, and budgeting;
Familiarity with cash flow, public accounting, and budget management;
