The position oversees the company’s daily financial operations, including collections, deposits, accounts payable/receivable, and check preparation. It supervises financial staff such as the HMO Coordinator, Purchasing, Accounting Staff, and Cashiers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management & Supervision

  • Develop and implement financial policies, goals, and procedures.
  • Supervise preparation of financial statements and maintain accounting records.
  • Manage ledgers, accounts, cost analyses, and financial systems.
  • Ensure proper system controls and continuous process improvements.

2. Management & Treasury

  • Maintain documented accounting systems and manage outsourced financial functions.
  • Oversee treasury operations and maintain banking relationships.

3. Budgeting & Planning

  • Lead company budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Support management in strategic financial planning and direction.

4. Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct cost reduction and benchmarking studies.
  • Analyze competitor performance and recommend operational improvements.
  • Manage cash flow, supervise financial staff, and ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Handle government financial reporting and payments.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Oversee preparation and submission of mandatory financial reports.

This role is responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring sound fiscal control, compliance, and strategic support for company growth.
