Description
- Oversee financial planning and analysis to drive organizational goals.
- Manage budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant finance management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and able to work under pressure.
