The Opportunity

Our partner is a specialist logistics management firm that provides a full-service solution to mid-market and large-scale organizations with complex distribution requirements. This client takes the stress out of logistics, enabling our clients to invest more energy into the areas that generate value for their business.

They provide a variety of supply chain solutions, including freight and logistics management services, to hundreds of mid-size and large companies within Australia.

Our client believes the people are at the core of the solution that they provide and in line with the team expansion, they are currently hiring for a Financial Analyst to be based in Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage general ledger functions, including monthly close processes and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Monitor and track cash flow, ensuring efficient use of financial resources within the company.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare tax returns and compliance reports.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with company goals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and contribute to process improvements to enhance financial operations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and issues in financial data.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
