The Talent


We are looking for an energetic candidate who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats, someone who is a self -starter, has initiative and is resourceful when delivering solutions to any given challenge. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


Our Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting our Global Finance Team in our overall Financial planning to successfully execute our strategic, financial and operational goals. Professionals in this role will be challenged to leverage their overall knowledge of financial and accounting strategies, business, sales development and operations.


The Commitment


  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models to support decision making
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting and budgeting tools


The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field; CPA is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
  • Background in Audit and experience from Big 4 is a plus
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail required
  • Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking
  • Great presentation skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to work independently and prioritize workflow
