Description
- Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making
- Develop financial models and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor and assess financial performance against budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategies
- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis or bookkeeping.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bookkeeping, financial literacy, and computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 40-hour workweek with possible overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, proactive, and strong team player.
