GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS (FINANCE STAFF)

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance (preferably with a holding company).
• Understanding of cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and high integrity.

Responsibilities

FINANCE STAFF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Record daily financial transactions.
• Manage and monitor cash flow (incoming and outgoing funds).
• Prepare and process payments (invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents).
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare basic financial reports for internal use.
• Organize and archive financial documents systematically.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure document completeness.
