Description
- Demonstrates excellent Functional Fitness coaching, leadership, and managerial skills
- Coaching any level of athlete (beginner to advanced athletes)
- Running of functional fitness or special classes ranging from 1-5 people
- Demonstrates proper form and technique
- Ensuring sessions are effective, safe and fun
- Offers additional support to help athletes achieve their fitness goals
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with current athletes and converts potential athletes
- Engaging in social media platforms and helping participate in social media presence
- Promotes all internal programs, events, and special offers
- Promotes community and family atmosphere
- Helps maintain a spotless facility
- Facilitates quarterly coaches' meetings and social events
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
Requirements
- Outgoing and people-oriented
- With pleasing personality
- Service-oriented
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience working in an International Fitness Gym
- EDUCATION: Graduate of Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Physical Education, or other International Fitness Certifications
