Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing flower arrangements for daily deliveries.
• Prepare floral containers, props, floral foams, and carts for storage, refrigeration, and delivery.
• Cut stems, water flowers, and maintain freshness of all floral products.
• Discard wilting or expired flowers and arrangements to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in floral procurement, including monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely replenishment of fresh flowers and materials.
• Collaborate with the operations team, such as Customer Service, to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and timely delivery.
• Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth fulfillment of floral and operational requirements.
