Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Train and manage front-line staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist in menu planning and special events coordination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality service
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, teamwork, operations management, and documentation proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality service, and maintain documentation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player.
