- Responsible for leading the entire shift to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience that exceeds customer needs and expectations through speedy transactions, high product quality, and exceptional hospitality—ultimately achieving customer delight and loyalty.
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable personality, genuinely enjoys talking to customers and creating great experiences
- With Empathetic and understanding attitude in handling customer complaints
- With at least one year of experience as sales, food handler or team leader/supervisor in a bakery or any fast-paced food service environment.
