Oversee daily F&B operations for Making Fine Group's esteemed restaurants.
Ensure exceptional culinary experiences in our vibrant food and beverage industry.
Maintain high quality and presentation standards for all dishes and beverages.
Lead, train, and manage F&B staff to deliver top-notch customer service.
Coordinate with management to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction.
Overseeing daily operations of the F&B department, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing staff.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: This position requires individuals with less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage services or hospitality.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Operations Management, strong Inventory Management skills, and excellent Interpersonal Skills are essential.
Working Conditions: The supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
