• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Serve wine properly, including opening and pouring

• Upsell and suggestively sell wines and specials

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

• Support inventory awareness and product handling

• Cashier or POS handling
