Description
- Assist customers in selecting food items and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Prepare and serve food according to health and safety standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Responsible for the clear and accurate preparation and settlement of bills through point of sales machine
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a food service environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and teamwork abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and upholding hygiene standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals are essential.
