Description
- Assist customers with food selections and orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, customer management, cashiering, waitering, and strong hospitality skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide exceptional service, assist with food preparation, manage customer orders, and maintain cleanliness.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, long hours on feet, and flexible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, customer-oriented, adaptable, and team player.
