Job Description
- Assist customers in food selection and provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare and serve food items as required.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food service or related environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong waitering skills, excellent hospitality skills, effective communication, and teamwork.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and beverages, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and assist in kitchen operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
