Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Manage and coordinate workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Report progress and issues to project managers.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
- At least high school graduate or any related vocational course
- With NCII is an advantage
- With at least 3-5 years of experience as a General Foreman (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- With strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Willing to do field works and travel to branches
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City Head Office
