Description
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
- Handle scheduling and appointment bookings efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk software, MS Office Suite, scheduling, time management, data entry, data analysis, and support.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage phone calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment requiring multitasking and interaction with clients and staff.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a friendly demeanor.
