We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to own and drive the development of our comprehensive AI Marketing Suite. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications that handle AI-powered content generation (text, visuals, videos), platform integrations, AI tuning features, and future expansions into SEO optimization, ads management, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate excels in full-stack technologies, has a passion for AI-driven products, and thrives in a startup environment where you can take ownership of the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development:
• Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces for content generation tools, AI tuning, and integration setups using modern frameworks like React, Vue.js.
• Optimize for user experience, ensuring seamless interactions for features like visual/video tuning, brand style customization, and real-time previews.
• Collaborate with designers to create accessible, high-performance interfaces that support multi-platform content deployment.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases to power AI features such as content generation (text, images, videos), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), humanization algorithms, and style/brand tuning.
• Integrate with external platforms including Substack, Medium, LinkedIn, Instagram, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WhatsApp messaging, and email services for content activation and automation.
• Build scalable architectures to handle expansions into SEO optimization, ads management, and marketing automation workflows.
• Full Stack Integration & AI Ownership:
• Ensure end-to-end integration of front-end and back-end components, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets for real-time AI processing.
• Implement AI-specific functionalities like RAG pipelines, humanization models, and brand-style visual tuning, leveraging libraries or services for AI/ML integration.
• Own the product lifecycle: from prototyping new features targeting top influencers (e.g., automated AI content gen for one-person operations) to optimizing for SMEs scaling content and SEO with limited resources.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with AI specialists, founding team, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements for value propositions like time-saving automation for influencers and resource-efficient scaling for SMEs.
• Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and cross-functional discussions to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Communicate progress and technical insights to non-technical team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Testing, Maintenance & DevOps:
• Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure reliability of AI features, integrations, and performance under load.
• Debug and optimize across the stack, addressing issues in AI tuning, content generation, or platform integrations.
• Manage deployments on cloud platforms (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring for scalability.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with proven ownership of AI/ML-integrated products or marketing tools.
• Hands-on experience building content generation systems, API integrations, or AI tuning features (e.g., RAG, style transfer models).
• Technical Skills:
• Front-End: Expertise in CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Back-End: Proficiency in Node.js, Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django), or similar, with experience in AI libraries (e.g., AI SDK, OpenAI APIs, Image and Video generation APIs, prompt engineering, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch for RAG/humanization).
• Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) for handling content metadata, user data, and AI models.
• Integrations & AI: Experience with APIs for platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Instagram; familiarity with AI tools for text/visual/video generation and tuning.
• DevOps: Git for version control; cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP); CI/CD tools.
• Domain Expertise: Understanding of marketing tech (SEO, ads, automation), content platforms, and AI ethics (e.g., humanization to avoid detection).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions for resource-constrained users like influencers and SMEs.
• Ability to own product features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.
• Excellent communication and a proactive mindset for learning emerging AI/marketing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-specific tools like LangChain for RAG, Stable Diffusion for visuals, or video generation frameworks.
• Knowledge of marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) or ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO tools and optimization techniques.
• Contributions to open-source AI/marketing projects or a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Experience in a startup environment, especially in Hong Kong or Asia-Pacific markets.
