What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack products, prototypes, and real customer-facing features
• Ship fast: from idea → live demo → rapid iteration
• Solve high-stakes technical challenges with urgency and creativity
• Work across the stack (React, FastAPI, Node.js, Python, etc.) and learn new tools on the fly
• Collaborate with a lean, high-performing team — no hand-holding, no dead weight
• Leave your fingerprint on the core architecture of a product that will scale globally

What We’re Looking For

• Top 10% performance — academically, competitively, or through actual work
• Strong foundation in CS fundamentals — algorithms, system design, databases
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, or the ability to pick them up fast
• Track record of shipping — side projects, hackathons, freelance work, early startups
• Mental toughness — cool under pressure, clear under chaos
• Sharp communicator — direct, honest, no fluff
• CS/CE degree or equivalent proof that you can build with the best

Bonus Points For

• Startup experience or solo-built apps in the wild
• Wins at hackathons or competitive coding challenges
• Experience with React, Vue, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to scaling systems or meeting insane deadlines
